Practice moves to help you feel more comfortable in your changing body, prepare your body for labor and after-birth care, practice breathing exercises to promote relaxation and focus & ease your body with movements to stimulate your baby's development
Pre & Postnatal Yoga
Every Tuesday at 10:00am
1 Hour, $22
Join us for a yoga class designed for both pregnancy and postpartum (non-crawling babies welcome!):
Gentle postures will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, leaving you feeling refreshed and connected to your baby.
Private Prenatal Yoga

1 Hour, $85
With your teacher’s undivided attention, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about what’s on your mind and receive the perfect blend of movement and meditation that you and your baby need. You are sure to leave this time feeling re-centered, refreshed, and tuned in to your body and baby.
